Cancellation Policy

At FisioCraneo, we operate by appointment only in order to provide personalized, high-quality care to every patient. To ensure the smooth operation of the clinic and to offer available appointments to patients on the waiting list, responsible management of bookings is essential.

For this reason, any appointment that is missed or cancelled without at least 48 hours’ notice will be considered a missed appointment, and 50% of the appointment fee will be charged.

Payment of this amount will be required before a new appointment can be scheduled.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this policy helps us optimize our schedule, reduce waiting times, and provide the best possible service to all our patients.

If missed appointments or late cancellations occur repeatedly, the clinic reserves the right to:

• Require advance payment for future sessions before confirming new appointments.
• Limit or temporarily suspend the ability to schedule new appointments.
• In cases of continued repeated non-attendance, discontinue the patient’s course of treatment at the clinic, with prior notice.

These measures will always be applied with the aim of ensuring the efficient organization of the clinic and providing fair access to care for all patients.
